William Scandalis, was a great help and very knowledgeable about his inventory and the vehicle I was interested in. I was looking for durability with a luxury car ride and value. William was able to show me a Certified Pre-owned, low miles LR4. He educated me on Land Rover and met the requirements I needed and closed the deal within 24 hours. I was also impressed with his sales manager Johnny, who was helpful in working out financing and final details needed to get the deal done.

Lakeside Land Rover was the fourth dealer in Michigan we visited following the Farmington, Birmingham and Grand Rapids locations. To put this all into perspective, Lakeside exceeded, not only our expectations, but the the customer service of the preceding dealers we visited. Before visiting Lakeside, I called and was connected to Sales Consultant, Vinnie Fusco, who immediately provided me with the answer I was seeking .... "Does Lakeside have the Range Rover I was looking for, including the exact color, options and price range?" Without getting the run-around, I was put on hold for less than one minute and provided with a simple, "Yes, we can do that for you Sir!" When my wife, two small children and myself visited the facility on Hall Road, we were treated as if we were the only customers on-site, regardless of the fact that Vinnie was juggling two other customers simultaneously. He did not allow us to just hand around, he checked on us and finally took us to our future Range Rover and went over all the specifications and answered the questions we had. The kids were distracted in the play-room they cleverly stocked with toys and TV/DVD. When it was time to make the deal, Vinnie was up-front with everything, and also invited the Sales Manager to answer any additional questions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The only regret we experienced was not contacting/visiting Lakeside first.

I am new to this area and I am so happy I called Lakeside Jaguar service department. Adam my service representative and Darren my mechanic worked as a team to restore my 2003 Jaguar X-type to top notch working order. Adam and Darren both took me back into the shop so I could see exactly what work needed to be done. There was no question whatsoever I needed the work done after I saw it for myself. I had a great loaner too! A new Range Rover Evoque during the process! I needed the dreaded oil pan gasket repair, and transfer case leak. I also got my headlights rebuilt, for a fraction of the price had I decided to go to the "jag specialist shop". Great service, and I now have a dealership relationship I can trust. Adam is your go to guy. He is the one guy every organization needs to be successful. My car needed repair and I has a great experience! I am confident in the repairs and the warranty. My land rover was running in to a few issues with leaks and warning lights. I took it to Jaguar Land rover, and they took care of me (free rental and repair). After a few weeks, I had the same issues again. I took the car to them, and they apologized. After they gave me a new Land Rover for a loaner, they found rodents caused some more damage under the vehicle. After looking into the bill, they covered the costs. The service, support, and knowledge was awesome. I will definitely go back.

What a dealership! Clean, comfortable, and excellent service. I just purchased a new Range Rover Sport, and the experience was over the top. We just recently purchased a Land Rover and brought it in to have the towing package added on to the vehicle. I was kindly greeted when I entered the shop and explained that I knew that it would take about 2 hours for the installation, I asked for a ride to the mall to kill the time. Keith had a driver take me to the mall and pick me up when the installation was complete. Definitely front door service!! Thanks!

 Despite a fierce migraine, I decide to go to the dealership since I needed an oil change. When I arrived I was graciously greeted by Wendy and I explained that I had a migraine, hence the sunglasses. She stated that she would get me out of there as soon as possible; which she did in about an hour! She also spoke very quietly, which if you're a migraine sufferer you know makes a big difference! The issue with my 2004 Discovery was not average by any means, and these two gentleman handled it without hesitation.
