At Your Service

Here at Jaguar Lakeside we believe in giving our customers the best experience possible. Are you unable to come to the dealership for a test drive or to have your vehicle serviced? We have you covered with our Concierge Experience.

We know our customers lead busy lives and can't always find the time to come into the dealership itself to test drive that one vehicle you had your eye on. With our Concierge Experience we can bring the car to you, wherever that may be, home or office! Take the hassle out of the experience, and let one of our knowledgable Sales Consultants run you through the workings of the vehicle in the comfort of your own driveway. You can even test drive it through streets closer to your home or work.*

If you're unable to bring your car in for service we can come pick it up from your home or office and then drop it back off after it's all done. Never worry about having to find time for that oil change ever again!*

CONTACTLESS SERVICE APPOINTMENTS

During these unique times we are offering a multitude of options for our customers who wish to have their vehicle serviced but are unsure about bringing their vehicle in themselves:

Service Valet

We are able to come to your house and pick up your vehicle for service and bring it back once it's done. Appointment slots for this service are limited, so please call ahead to see if you're within our radius of operation and when the best time would be.

Drop Box

You are also able to come to our dealership any time of the day, including before and after hours, and drop off your vehicle for service using our secure drop box. You can then schedule for your vehicle to be delivered back to you to further ensure everyone's health and safety.
